Break from the computer

Are you slumping, are you aching a bit. It’s not time for a pee break yet. But, at around 3 pm. One needs an energy booster. Chair spine rolls are a good idea. Feet apart, inhale and raise arms above head. Exhale and fold body over thighs. Slowly straighten spine, raising your body to upright position. Repeat 5 times. The exercise relives tension/stiffness, energizes, and helps the oxygen flow. I have a rough pink feeling bar that looks like and open mouth, I place it behind back of my head, and pull it forward, and repeat. One can do this without and aid. Clasp your hands behind your head and push your elbows to the front of head, moving elbows to the front, then open elbows wide as far as you can push, repeat.  I use the aide to remind me to do it several times a day, while sitting. It is straight forward how to do it though. Grab a drink walk around the kitchen, or go outside and walk around the house.
