¼ cup butter, cubed ½ tsp. salt
½ cup chopped celery ½ tsp. poultry seasoning

½ tsp. Pepper
½ cup chicken broth 6 cups dry bread crumbs
1 large sweet potato cooked, peeled and cubed
¼ cup chopped pecans.
Method:

- In a 6 -qt. stockpot, heat butter over medium-high heat, sauté until tender.
Stir in broth and seasonings. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered on low, until heated through,
